How to Return or Exchange
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return or exchange.
- Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
- Ship It Back: Send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, let us know your preferred size or style, and we’ll assist you based on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Certain items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
